The Sanguine Art Blox Fruits is the "vampire" fighting style released in Update 20 — the only style in the game with a life-stealing move (Bloodbane Drain heals 20% HP per use). It requires a Leviathan Heart plus rare materials and 5,000,000 Beli + 5,000 Fragments. All three moves break Instinct and can damage Sea Beasts, making it the best all-around fighting style for grinding, raids, sea events, and PvP sustainability. Harder to obtain than Godhuman due to the Leviathan RNG requirement — but equally powerful in different scenarios.

From the Leviathan sea boss — harpooned with Beast Hunter boat within 1 minute of kill. The rarest and hardest material to obtain. Requires 5+ players and Sea Danger Level 6.
👻 Demonic Wisps × 20
Dropped by Demonic Soul NPCs (Level 2025) inside the Haunted Castle in the Third Sea. Farm them in the castle interior for fastest accumulation.
🧛 Vampire Fangs × 20
Dropped by Vampire enemies on Graveyard Island in the Second Sea. Straightforward farm — Vampires respawn quickly and Fangs drop at a reasonable rate.
🌑 Dark Fragments × 2
Dropped by the Darkbeard boss (Level 1000, Dark Arena, Second Sea). Summoned using a Fist of Darkness. Only 2 needed — relatively easy to obtain.
💰 5,000,000 Beli
Five million Beli paid to Shafi NPC. Farm from Cake Queen + Soul Reaper server hop rotation for fastest Beli accumulation in the Third Sea.
💎 5,000 Fragments
Awakening Fragments. Earned from raids and sea events. Buddha and Magma raids give the fastest fragment rate per hour.
How to Get Sanguine Art — Step by Step
After collecting all materials, one NPC unlocks the style.
Finding Shafi at Tiki Outpost
Go to Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea (final island). Find the tunnel next to the Island Boy NPC and enter it. Head straight through and take the first right turn. Shafi is inside — surrounded by red flames. He is not visible from outside the tunnel entrance.
Material Auto-Consume Warning
If you interact with Shafi while holding a Leviathan Heart, all materials are consumed automatically — even if you did not intend to proceed. Do NOT approach Shafi until you have every other material ready. The consumption cannot be reversed.

Bloodbane Drain — The Signature
The only life-steal move in the entire game. Grabs the target, delivers damage, and heals the user for 20% of their HP pool. Ignores defense — works through blocking. Combined with Ghoul race, the M1 attacks also leech health passively. This combination creates near-unkillable sustain during raids and sea events when health never reaches critical levels.
Devourer of Worlds — Mobility Denial
The most unique move in PvP — disables enemy dashes, Flash Step, and all evasive moves for a short duration on hit. This strips the opponent of their escape options, forcing them to take Scarlet Tear and Bloodbane Drain hits without dodging. Miss variant creates a hovering sphere that still deals damage on detonation.

Sanguine Art makes you nearly unkillable in raids. Bloodbane Drain [Z] restores 20% HP per use — activate it whenever HP drops below 50% to instantly recover. Buddha Transform + Sanguine M1 spam creates infinite sustain with the Ghoul race vampiric M1 effect stacking on top.

All three Sanguine Art moves can damage Sea Beasts — rare for a fighting style. During Leviathan or sea event farming, Sanguine Art deals consistent damage while healing simultaneously. No other fighting style delivers both damage and sustain during sea content.

Devourer of Worlds [C] disables enemy dashes and Flash Step — stripping escape from PvP opponents. Follow with Bloodbane Drain to heal while dealing burst damage. This combination outlasts opponents in extended fights where Godhuman's burst-only approach would run out of options.

Fastest route to collect every material once you have the Leviathan Heart.
Demonic Wisps (20)
Farm Demonic Souls at Level 2025 inside Haunted Castle, Third Sea. They respawn quickly and Wisps drop at a reasonable rate. Expect 30–60 minutes for 20 Wisps depending on server population and Awakened Buddha clearing speed.
Vampire Fangs (20)
Farm Vampire enemies at Graveyard Island in the Second Sea. Straightforward grind — Vampires have predictable spawn locations and Fangs drop frequently. 20–40 minutes with a good AoE fruit. No level gate for Graveyard Island access.
Dark Fragments (2)
Defeat Darkbeard in Dark Arena (Second Sea). Requires a Fist of Darkness to summon him. Only 2 needed — Darkbeard drops them reliably. Coordinate a team for faster kills or solo if your level and fruit allow. One of the easier materials despite the boss requirement.
Farming Order
Best sequence: 1. Get Leviathan Heart first (hardest, RNG-dependent). 2. Farm Dark Fragments from Darkbeard. 3. Farm Vampire Fangs at Graveyard Island. 4. Farm Demonic Wisps at Haunted Castle while grinding Electric Claw or Sanguine Art Mastery simultaneously.
