Electric fighting style must reach 400 Mastery first. Buy Electric from the Mad Scientist (500K Beli) in Second Sea Skylands or Hot and Cold island and grind it to 400.

Three million Beli paid directly to the Previous Hero NPC. Farm from boss quests in Second or Third Sea. Cake Queen and Longma give high Beli per quest.
💎 5,000 Fragments
Awakening Fragments. Earned from raids, boss kills, and sea events. Run Magma or Buddha raids for fastest fragment accumulation at Level 1500+.
🌊 Level 1500+ (Third Sea)
Must have completed Second Sea progression and unlocked the Third Sea. Previous Hero is at the Floating Turtle in the Third Sea — unreachable before this.
How to Get Electric Claw — Step by Step

Find Previous Hero at Floating Turtle
Go to Floating Turtle Island in the Third Sea. Enter from the main entrance and follow the path to the right. At the next intersection, turn right again and follow until you find the Previous Hero NPC standing under the arches near the Longma boss area.
Complete the 30-Second Quest
The Previous Hero's quest requires you to reach the Mansion within 30 seconds. Fastest method: set your Spawn Point at the Mansion before talking to him, then hit Home the moment the quest begins — this completes it in under 10 seconds. No combat required.
Return and Pay 3M Beli + 5,000 Fragments
Return to Previous Hero after completing the quest. He will prompt you to pay 3,000,000 Beli and 5,000 Fragments. Confirm the payment and Electric Claw is immediately unlocked — no additional wait or grind after payment.
