Cake Queen is inside the giant chocolate ice cream structure at Ice Cream Land in the Sea of Treats. From the docks, run toward the massive ice cream cone building and walk up the spoon ramp — it leads directly into her boss room.
Access Requirements
Minimum Level 2100. Must complete the Cake Prince questline before the Cake Queen becomes accessible. The Cake Prince quest is the primary gating mechanism — players who skip it cannot trigger the Cake Queen spawn.
Fight Phases — Phase 1 and Phase 2

The Cursed Dual Katana (CDK) is the strongest sword in Blox Fruits — and Cake Queen is a mandatory encounter during the CDK Scroll Trials. One of the six trials specifically requires defeating the Cake Queen to proceed. Since CDK preparation already requires farming Tushita (from Longma) and Yama at 350 Mastery, players doing the full CDK quest chain should use those farming sessions to also chase Buddy Sword drops from Cake Queen — they will defeat her multiple times regardless.
